       I started with Aurora Home Care, Inc. as a field nurse in the Family Directed program. Invited to be a supervisor and now I am the Director. I have been blessed to call Aurora home for the last 22 years. Ellen processed my paperwork and got me started. Darlene offered me work when I wanted to some extra hours and Shari was always available to answer my paycheck questions. They are all still here today! That speaks volumes. Our nurses are one of a kind. Dedicated to their clients and families, they are independent, quick thinkers with excellent problem solving skills. On the occasions our nurses need guidance or share report, they have direct access to their supervisor and myself. We are all one family supporting our fragile community members with a positive spirit to serve.
