Aurora Home Care have been an integral role in my nursing care for many years. The owners initially came to my home to work one on one with me to answer my questions and needs. I wanted to be able to pick and choose my nurses. I went with a Family Directed plan where I can hire my own nursing care and Aurora handles all the necessary paperwork, doctors orders and payroll. Aurora Home Care provides a Nursing Supervisor who oversees my case and comes to my home to make sure my care has met my needs. I have had the joy of knowing and meeting many of Aurora's staff and they have gone above and beyond.
Many of my nurses have been with me for many years and provided me with excellent care and emotional support. They are always willing to help me with ever changing orders from doctors and also personal care needs. I am wheelchair bound so they help me in so many ways even to transfer me to my wheelchair.
