This model of service includes the agency’s complete, comprehensive management of your home care needs. From your service inquiry to discharge, Aurora’s Administrative staff will obtain authorization, recruit, retain, schedule, and manage all aspects of your nursing needs. Consistent with authorization, we will carefully match our skillfully trained RN’s or LPNs to your individualized plan of care.

All nurses employed by Aurora are thoroughly background checked and receive ongoing skills and compliance training consistent with meeting the most current standards of practice.

To assure your satisfaction, we arrange “Meet and greets” for clients, their families, and nursing candidates prior to a caregiver’s assignment on a case. This single curtesy alone facilitates a sense of calm to the client and their loved ones, encourages stability, consistency, and longevity.
